1. No Exchanges
    • Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed products, exchanges are not allowed.
  2. Exceptional Circumstances
    • Exchanges will only be considered in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.
    • To qualify, you must record a video while unboxing the package (from a sealed/unopened state) showing the condition of the product.
    • The video must clearly display the package’s condition before opening, the unboxing process, and the defect in the product.
    • Send this video evidence to customercare@tote3d.in within 24 hours of delivery for evaluation.
    • Claims without proper video evidence will not be processed
