1. No Refunds
    • All sales are final, and Tote3D does not offer refunds for any products.
    • This policy applies to both customized and non-customized items.
  2. Damaged Products
    • If your product arrives damaged, you must record a video while unboxing the package (from a sealed/unopened state) to show the product's condition upon receipt.
    • The video must clearly show the package's condition before opening, followed by the unboxing process and the damaged product.
    • Send the video evidence to customercare@tote3d.in within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Claims without proper video evidence will not be processed.
    • If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement.
  3. Eligibility for Replacements
    • Only items proven to be damaged during transit and supported with proper video evidence will qualify for a replacement.

For any approved refunds, the process may take 3-7 business days, depending on your payment method and Razorpay’s processing time.
