1. Domestic Shipping Only
Tote3D currently ships exclusively within India. International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays or
high-demand periods.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times depend on
the courier service and your location.
4. Shipping Services
Tote3D uses third-party shipping aggregators, such as Shiprocket or similar services, to ensure
reliable delivery. Specific courier partners may vary.
5. Packaging and Handling
 All 3D-printed products are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during
transit.
 Due to their fragile nature, both polymer and resin prints must be handled with care upon
receipt.
6. No Refunds or Cancellations
 Orders for both customized and non-customized items cannot be canceled or refunded.
 All sales are final, and Tote3D does not accept returns or exchanges for any products.
7. Damage During Shipping
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Tote3D is not responsible for damage during
transit. For concerns, contact us at customercare@tote3d.in.
However, if you record a video while opening the delivery package and find that the item is
broken, you can contact us at customercare@tote3d.in with the video evidence. We will
review the claim and replace the item if eligible.
8. Product Care
 Polymer prints are brittle and may degrade with environmental exposure.
 Resin prints are delicate and feature fine details. Handle both types of products carefully.
9. Future Integrations
Tote3D plans to integrate with Amazon and Etsy in the future, providing more options for
customers to explore and purchase our products.
